Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G is the latest game in the Monster Hunter franchise for PlayStation Portable. It is an expansion to the original Monster Hunter Freedom 2 (Monster Hunter Portable 2nd in Japan) and is currently slated for a release on March 27, 2008 in Japan. As of now, there is no official word on neither a US nor European release date – though an English version is expected to come out in both of these regions, seeing as how popular the franchise is on the console.
